Be Open
Be open to learn new concepts, new ways of doing things, other's ideas.
Be Accepting
Be accepting of others differences, but always strive to look for similarities.

Be Grateful
Be grateful for the opportunity to make a living, to learn, to work with people more experienced and talented than you.
Be Ambitious
Be ambitious to do a great job and to do more than is asked of you; but not ambitious to step on someone.
Be Happy
Be of good cheer, even when times are stressful.
